Mythwoven Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made to order just for you, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional retail stores. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
- Cancellations and Modifications. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production partner to be custom printed and sewn. For this reason, we can only accept order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production has started and changes cannot be made.
- Buyer's Remorse and Sizing Issues. Because every item is unique and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect size selection. To ensure you get the perfect fit, please refer strictly to the detailed sizing charts provided on each product page before completing your checkout.
- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item due to a manufacturing mistake, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund amount credited to your account at no cost to you. To file a claim for a defective item: * Contact us at [Your Support Email Address] within 14 days of delivery. * Include your order number. * Provide clear photos or a short video showing the specific defect or damage, along with a photo of the QR code/shipping label on the original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
- Unauthorised Returns. Please do not mail packages back to the return address printed on your shipping label. This is the address of our automated fulfillment facility, and any items returned there will be destroyed or rejected. Unauthorised returns sent to this address are not eligible for a refund.
